I’m just off to bed. I’m waiting, in fact, for my nightie to come out of the drier. But – and this must be especially fun if you’re in Australia or Japan or somewhere, and read this over night – I am pleased to bring you, in the meantime, a certain, limited field in the area of time-travelling: you can read the first instalment of my virtual Cyclone tour as if it were already tomorrow! Here in London! Yes.
I have stayed up just to do this for you (and get my nightie out of the drier, etc.). I did happen to know that the wizardly clever Ben Locker had set my interview – which he has titled Polyphonic Can-Can, and how happy I am about that! – to self-publish at just after midnight. This is, you see, technically “Monday”. And lo, it has come to pass, and thus you can read it here, now. And indeed forever.
In it he says some nice things about my book, and I say why I think modern education is so crap.
Sweet (conversations about) dreams…

Hi Ms B
Well, I AM in Australia and reading while you’re still dreaming. How fun is that?

You’ll be thrilled to know that scores of people have visited North Meadow today. Hopefully their appetites will be whetted for the next cyclonic stops.
