Kasr El Nil court adjourned the Metro session till May 23rd, 2009 after hearing the testimony of the witnesses: the writer Sonaallah Ibrahim and the artist Ahmed Al Labbad.
During the session the judge charged the vice officer who originally reported the novel a fine of 50 EGP for not showing up during the hearing session after being summoned by the court for testifying.
Many friends, figures and supporters attended the hearing yesterday including Sonaallah Ibrahim, Ahmed Al Labbad, Wael Nawara, Mohamed Alaa El Din, Bahaa Saber, Gehad Abdel Aziz, Azza Moghazy, Karim Ahmed, mohamed elwazeery and Wael Saad.
The defendants attorneys committee included Nagad Al Boraie, Hamdy Al Assiouty, Ahmed Ragheb, Atef Abdel Aziz and Ahmed Ezzat. We await your presence and support in the next hearing session.
